Curves, serpentines, parking spaces, bumpy roads, slippery road surfaces, sudden evasive maneuvers – there’s more to driving than taking curves.
The steering steers the vehicle, of course. With as much ease and comfort as possible. Without great effort for parking. As direct as possible at high speeds. But that’s not all the steering can do.
You can see what we’re getting at: at bottom the steering is a veritable marvel of engineering, especially in the age of electronics with their continuous advance.
You hear us talking more and more about the excitement of steering. Perhaps it’s this way of looking at it that fills us with so much enthusiasm.
